Hoist is the key equipment in the process of coal mining.To ensure the safe production of coal,it is of great significance to learning Mine Hoist,especially in the research of fault diagnosis methods of Hoist's promotion mechanism.At present,the monitoring for hoist braking device of traditional cable mechanism has the problem of wiring complexly,poor anti-interference,high and difficult maintenance cost,weak self-learning ability of reasoning methods in fault diagnosis.Those lead to reducing the impact of monitoring and unstable diagnosis reasoning result.Aiming at this,this paper establishes fault diagnosis system and investigates intelligent fault diagnosis methods of hoist braking device basing on IOT which is using the means of multidisciplinary integration of modern intelligent.First of all,a kind of wireless data acquisition system on sensing layer based on ZigBee technology is designed.This system is made up of Star network topologies by choosing ZigBee standard transport protocol,and takes CC2530 as the core of the sensor node and gathering module,then getting corresponding sensor nodes through designing different sensors connected to the development board.The system also uses VB 6.0 to develop a data reception and SQL 2008 for data storage.The system is extensibility,easy to manage and realizes signal acquisition of the braking device operation well.Secondly,this paper puts forward three methods on network layer.At first,designing a network transmission method basing on the GPRS wireless data transmission over long distances and establishing transmission platform remotely for sending and receiving of data;then the data preprocessing method was generated,which is by SOM data for discretization and rough set for simplification.Finally,fault diagnosis reasoning methods based on the improved DSmT theory have been produced.The above methods can be used to avoid the influence of subjective factors in the diagnosis process and complete fault diagnosis efficiently and accurately.Third,according to the human-computer interaction technology,an interface was designed on application layer.It has a service function,for example,releasing humanized,visual information of fault diagnosis system.This can effectively pass the information to the relevant staff.Finally,the study applied in test bench.According to the structure and working principle of the braking system,an operational fault simulation experiment scheme has been formulated.It shows the correctness and validity of fault diagnosis system and methods for the mechanism of hoist braking device based on Internet of things,through analyzing the experiment.This topic will provide reliable diagnostic basis and reasonable troubleshooting suggestions for fault diagnosis decision makers,the results of the study is of important application value.
