Oil wells are mainly located in remote areas,the method of traditional manual patrol is difficult and time-consuming,it has been unable to meet the needs of modern development.With the rise of digital oil field,the remote control of the well has also accelerated the development process.Especially the application of oil field remote control system effectively solved the remote measuring and remote control for related production equipment,it not only can save labor resources and improve oil production efficiency,but also directly remote control of oil production safety,ensure the safe operation of oil Wells and continuity of production.Therefore,it is of great value and significance to study the development of oil field remote terminal control to improve the efficiency of oil well operation and save manpower and material resources.In this paper,the research background of remote control system and the research status at home and abroad is analysed based on the development of RTU,The plan of well IOT RTU development based on Zigbee is proposed according to the current development trend of RTU,the well indicator diagram is identificated faster and more accurate and the failure of pumping wells is diagnosed more efficient because of its combination with the depth of the belief network technology.The RTU hardware structure is designed based on the Core9G25 unit.its communication mode is determined and the communication solutions Under the mode of single well and multi-well are detailed on the basis of the A11-GRM agreement.the Modbus/RTU and Modbus/TCP functions are realized through the software program that meet the communication between the host computer and RTU,RTU and the nodes and the communication between RTU and wireless instrument is realized by writing ZigBee protocol program.In order to improve the efficiency of oil well management further more,the depth belief network recognition technology is is applied in oil well remote terminal control system to identificate the oil well indicator diagram so as to be able to diagnose system failure more effectively.But the recognition technology can't be directly used in the embedded in RTU due to the operational capability,can only be used with the RTU in the central control room,experiments show that the indicator diagrams identification combined with oil well measurement can make oil well remote terminal control system play a better effect.The system has been put into use in the enterprise and install remote measurementand control system in zhongyuan oilfield that realized real-time diagnosis of oil wells.The design has some reference value to further improve the productivity of oil well.
