| Along with the presentation of “Industry 4.0”,“Innovation-driven”,“Made in China 2025”,the intelligent robot industry and high-end CNC manufacturing equipment industry have a new opportunity.As the core part of the robot,the RV reducer is widely used in robot joint,which mainly consists of two stages.The first stage is planetary gear and the second stage is cycloid pin wheel,moreover,the cycloid wheel is the core of reducer.At present,the research in this field is still backward,and the technology is limited.Therefore,the key to improve the precision of the cycloid wheel is to develop the special cycloid CNC machine.This research is just under this background.Based on the structure principle of grinding machine,the theory of mechanical dynamics,mechanical vibration and signal analysis,this thesis mainly does the research as follows:(1)Firstly,the forming principle of cycloid tooth profile was introduced,and 3D model of gear grinding machine was constructed,then the grinding force was solved.Further,the equations of diamond wheel motion were derived.Combined with the mechanical vibration theory,the grinding vibration model of gear grinding machine was established and analyzed,which laid the foundation of studying the dynamic characteristics of machine tools.(2)The influence of structural parameters on the natural frequency and the maximum deformation of the column and the grinding system was analyzed.It shows that the design of stiffener has a positive effect on improving the static and dynamic characteristics of the column,and the rigidity of the joint has a great influence on the grinding system,especially the joint between ring flange front of the spindle flange and the grinding wheel.The static and dynamic analysis of the system under the optimal parameters was carried out.The first order natural frequency of the column was increased by 10.9%,and the spindle grinding system was increased by 12.9%.(3)The simplified model of the whole machine was finished,and then it was imported into the finite element analysis of ANSYS Workbench.Finally static analysis and modal analysis under the working load was accomplished with the treatment of the virtual topology,the definition of the contact relationship of each component,the reasonable mesh,and suitable algorithm.(4)The NC program of cycloidal gear grinding was prepared,and the cycloid gearwas processed,then the vibration test platform was built,after that the vibration signals between different grinding parameters of gear grinding machine was collected.Finally,the Matlab program was written to process the collected data.The vibration of the machine tool was studied by frequency spectrum analysis with different spindle speed and different grinding depth,which provides a reference for reducing the influence of vibration on the accuracy of cycloid gear. |
