Along with modern technology's progress, each kind of electric motor's control technology, the microelectronic technology, the electric power electronic technology's union is causing it to develop into a new technology, namely motion control technology. The analog realization of motor control strategy is gradually dropping out of historical stage. Meanwhile, the numerical control system obtained the rapidly expand. This kind of system uses modern method such as microprocessor,general-purpose PC,DSP controller. Developing the entire digital control system will be the tendency of the new generation motion control design.In order to drive the stepper motor, this paper presents a control method based on TI's DSP controller (TMSF2812), carries out research in the motion control procedure's compilation, the debugging, the movement aspect, and build the simple motion control system with the corresponding hardware.Its main contents are as follows:1. Build the interface circuit, realizes control signal transformation and establish a simple motion control system constituted by PC, DSP target board and the motor drivers.2. Establish the main program framework which takes EV's(DSP-chip peripherals) interrupt servicing subroutine as core part, realizes the single axle position control and the speed control.3. Build the main program which is able to respond 4 different timer cycle interrupts under the DSP integrated development-CCS(Code Composer Studio) and realizes the straight line interpolation and circular interpolation. 4. Though the interface which connects Matlab and CCS, carries on the analysis to the speed control, and has made the improvement. |
