The rapid development of mobile terminal technology promotes the continuous improvement of the field of industry,numerical control technology as an important part of the industrial field,so the use of mobile terminal technology in the field of digital technology is to meet the needs of the development of the times.At present,most of the control terminal system of numerical control machine tool is controlled based on industrial PC.Its simple function,limited communication distance and inconvenient carries can not meet the demand of real-time monitoring and terminal interface.In view of the above,the paper designs and develops the Android-based CNC engraving machine monitoring system,using the WiFi wireless network communications to achieve the operation of the engraving machine control and real-time information monitoring,also providing a great convenience to the engraving machine operators.Firstly,elaborate the background and significance of research and development based on Android mobile monitoring system,and studies the development status of NC engraving technology and mobile monitoring software.Then,the working principle of the CNC engraving machine and the design of the electrical system are studied.The whole control system is analyzed and the related technology is studied.Secondly,the PLC controller is used to control the work of the engraving machine.The software design of the engraving machine control system based on the PLC is carried out,including the homing,jogging and state monitoring.The parameters of the axis and axis group related to the motion control parameters are planned.The G code control I / O point,G code preprocessing and G code execution process in G code function implementation are analyzed,arranging the selection of G code programming mode,the selection of coordinate unit and the selection of coordinate plane.And This part of the PLC controller in the bottom of the realization are analyzed in detail.In order to realize the monitoring of the movement of the engraving machine,and real-time monitoring of the working status of the engraving machine,according to the actual functional requirements and monitoring variables,the final design and development of a mobile phone based on Android,including system control,data storage,processing track display and other functions of the engraving machine monitoring software.At the same time,the realization of the EPA communication protocol between the Android mobile and PLC control is analyzed in detail.Finally,the experimental platform is used to verify the corresponding function of Android mobile engraving machine monitoring software.The experimental results show that the functional modules can realize the functions of real-time monitoring and control of the engraving machine movement,realizing the automatic engraving process.
