With the scale of the industrial modernization has been expanding and people's living standards continue to improve,elevator energy-saving and elevator group control system technology has become an important part of building energy saving.To ensure that passengers take the basic indicators and to reduce the overall energy consumption have become an important direction of elevator group control technology.The main content of this paper is to solve the problem of elevator group control scheduling which is energy-saving under the condition of the elevator room and the uncertain traffic flow with the energy feedback equipment.Based on the analysis of elevator energy consumption cost and time cost,this paper proposes an automatic identification and conversion of uncertain traffic flow as the core.Specifically in the following aspects:1.For the uncertain traffic flow conditions,the arrival rate of passengers is unknown,this paper from the elevator power,elevator energy feedback power and the relationship between the number of car start,the use of statistical laws to analyze and determine the traffic flow.At the same time,the actual operation status of the single elevator is analyzed,and the energy consumption cost of the elevator group is deduced from the energy consumption of the elevator group.Finally,taking into account the elevator energy costs at the same time,given the elevator time cost and do the relevant analysis.2.In the paper to determine the traffic flow model analysis and proposed an ant colony algorithm based elevator group scheduling strategy.Firstly,the basic concept of the ant colony optimization algorithm and the elevator group scheduling model based on the probability statistical method are given.Then,the corresponding scheduling algorithm is given and the model constraints are given.In order to ensure order,priority scheduling and stability Under the premise,the corresponding simulation model is given and the algorithm is simulated and verified.3.A new elevator group control scheduling model is constructed by using the information of elevator energy feedback parameters,elevator parameters and floor parameters for the elevator group control scheduling problem in uncertain traffic flow mode.The basic concept of the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm and the geese-particle swarm algorithm is introduced.Then,the elevator group control scheduling model in the uncertain traffic flow mode is given.In view of the problem of the energy consumption cost and the time cost coupling of the elevator group control system,The new decoupling scheme is ultimately tested by simulation.4.Based on the theory and model data in this paper,a simulation platform for elevator group control system is proposed,and the performance of the proposed algorithm is verified and tested.At the same time,using the actual elevator capacity feedback device,the data generated by the elevator sensor,the design of different group control scheduling algorithm program,and through the relevant test,the future design of practical group control strategy to provide effective support.
