Research And Application Of Atmosphere Bell Type Furnace's Heating Temperature Control System

In order to response to the government orders,develop the resource-saving and environment-friendly society,as the electric heating furnace equipment which is in large consumption,it becomes the key point of saving energy and reducing consumption innovation work of each furnace producing and using enterprise.Energy saving and emission reduction are this subject's goal.Chopping the voltage wave is used on the existing bell furnace heating and temperature controlling system,which leads to high harmonic wave,low power factor and big grid pollution.Using atmosphere bell furnace as the research object,studying the shortage of the existing atmosphere bell furnace which is nonlinear control system with large time-delay and inertia,and finalizing the improvement program of existing heating and temperature control system,to solve the problems of polluting power grid,low power factor and energy utilization.This paper firstly states the research background of electric heating furnace energy saving research work,confirms the research purpose and significance of the electric heating atmosphere bell furnace,and analyzes the overseas and domestic research states of energy-saving electric heating atmosphere furnace,to confirm the main research contents of this paper.Then it researches and analyzes the features of existing atmosphere bell furnace's products,atmosphere bell furnace's whole structure and heating temperature-controlled system,and points out the shortage of existing atmosphere bell furnace heating temperature-controlled system.After that,it introduces atmosphere bell furnace's multi-voltage regulation heating temperature-controlled system,and do the comparison and analysis of PID control and power adjusting.Then it do the detailed research and analysis on the hardware design and realization of atmosphere bell furnace multi-voltage regulation heating temperature-controlled system.And it collects related testing data and do the research and analysis by debugging the testing equipment on company site.Finally,by developing a atmosphere bell furnace's power regulation system with small energy consumption and low pollution,to fulfill the subject purpose.
