Heating furnace is the equipment that heats the slab meets the processing temperature.It is an substantial equipment in the production link of metallurgical industry.It is significant for the safety of the whole iron and steel industry to improving the stability of heating furnace.The predetermined heating temperature of the heating furnace is controlled by temperature control system which leads to meeting the requirements of subsequent production,influencing the quality of the slab and the losing of energy.In realistic industrial production,the processing time of products is not infinite in the time domain,so compared with asymptotic stability,finite-time stability plays an vital role in actual industrial production.If the system state can converge to the equilibrium point in a finite time,then the system is finite-time stability.The issue of finite-time control is to making the state convergent to equilibrium point by designing controller.Finite-time stability control have higher accuracy,less convergence time and less energy consumption.So this paper studies the finite-time stability control problem of the heating furnace temperature control system.Firstly,homogeneous finite-time controller is proposed by using homogeneous approach and Lyapunov finite-time stability theorem which makes the closed-loop system have negative homogeneity with respect to the expansion vector and the heating furnace temperature control system is finite-time stability.Secondly,the finite-time stable power integral control of the heating furnace temperature control system is studied.A additional term is added in the virtual controller to accelerate convergence speed.In view of the sophisticated of the parameters,based on the extend Lyapunov finite-time stability theorem,the power integral controller of the temperature control system with simplified parameters is proposed.Ultimately,terminal sliding mode method is used to design finite-time stabilization terminal sliding mode controller which makes the heating furnace temperature control system achieve finite-time stability.The upwards methods are employed to control the heating furnace temperature control system which makes it stable in a limited time.It can prevent the danger of slab decomposition,furnace explosion,coking on the inner wall of furnace tube,partial burning through of furnace tube and so on.At the same time,it can guarantee the security,stable and competent operation of the heating furnace,assure the the fully austenization of grain structure in slab to ensure the quality of products,reduce coking can increase the service life of the heating furnace to make the subsequent rolling process smoothly.
