Animation magazine as an important part of the animation industry,the rapid development in recent years,the "Zhiyin Manke" "Manhua Shijie" magazine has become an important object of reading for adolescents in china.With the rise of the two dimensional culture,animation magazine is playing a more and more important role in our country's life and study.This paper selects T company's new animation magazine development project as the research object,using survey method,literature analysis,process analysis,quantitative analysis,SWOT analysis and location model and other research methods,analysis of the market situation,animation magazine content,production and sales,anddesign T company animation magazine development program.First,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the development of T Company engaged in animation magazine and the advantages and disadvantages of market opportunities and challenges,the T Company should take more business growth and development strategy with the market positioning: the happy youth,Original Chinese animation.Further analysis of the production and marketing process including animation magazine,the magazine's content production process,printing process,logistics distribution process,the issuance process,found the main problems needing attention and the development of ideas,including: animation magazine content innovation,need to pay attention to control the printing cost,optimizing the distribution mode,reduce the cost and distribution cost issue.And then,in terms of content,around the market positioning,determine the target audience for young people.For the interactive demand and content innovation of youth adaptation,proposed integration of acquisition and editing,emphasizes the editor as a project leader,not only checks the comics and cartoon content creation according to the interactive section,the authors and readers are contacted directly,let the thinking spark direct collision,make the work more vitality.In terms of content production,cooperate with the studio,excavate the rookies andnew works,and take the transfer of payment to reduce production costs.Again,at the strategic level,in view of the animation magazine in the process of production and marketing potential problems put forward production and marketing coordination strategy.Through collaborative planning,forecasting and replenishingreduce the return rate.By controlling the return rate,reduce the "bullwhip effect" and reverse logistics.Through collaboration with the dealer marketing,the magazine brand bigger and stronger.Proposed linklinkagestrategy: printing companies,printing,distribution,distributors,logistics companies,storage and transportation department and other aspects of joint operations,the formation of a highly efficient operation of the organic whole.At the same time,based on the analysis of the cost of the production of animation magazine,put forward to give up the paper,instead of printing enterprises on behalf of the material;the proposed gift to paper-based printed products,focusing on gift innovation,reduce production costs.Aiming at the characteristics of high quality requirement and short printing time,the T Company is advised to rely on the network technology,build the production coordination,strengthen the printing management,and strive to realize the real-time synchronization feedback and quality homogeneity.Finally,at the operational level,according to the magazine printing,logistics,distribution characteristics,the paper puts forward a general scheme to construct printing as the center of the distribution and logistics network,solve the dealers full coverage and fast delivery problem.The selection strategy of the center: the comprehensive investigation of regional radiation capacity,sales demand,production capacity,distribution capacity and service level,and strive to regional printing,regional distribution,and regional sales.The center selection scheme is determined by the network location model,and then the supplier selection strategy is described.In terms of printing,according to the development stage of the magazine,step by step to promote the layout of the printing strategy.In terms of logistics,focusing on regional distribution ability and service level of modernization,combined with the printing layout gradually increase the logistics business,so as to realize collaborative delivery,improve the distribution efficiency and reduce logistics cost,improve service level.
