In recent years,with the improvement of people's living material level and the popularity of the Internet,the demand for cultural products is becoming more and more vigorous,which brings about the development of animation industry.From the initial 2D animation to the current popular 3D animation,not only the upgrading of the effect is brought,but also the development cost has been increased correspondingly.In particular,with the increasing demand of 3D animation products,the development of the industrialization of 3D animation industry has not followed the development of technology,and the production of 3D animation products is becoming more and more difficult.Therefore,a new collaborative management system for animation production process is urgently needed to meet the needs of industrial development.In the process of making 3D animation,many business data and media resources will be produced.Data is the lifeblood of enterprise development.Reasonable and effective management and control data are the cornerstone of enterprise development.At present,there are various forms of data storage in enterprises.Through rational analysis of their business,selecting suitable storage can lay a good foundation for the development of enterprises.The emergence of a large number of structured and semi-structured data makes the information storage a bottleneck in the development of the 3D animation industry.In order to realize the access of data anytime and anywhere,save the cost of local storage,and based on the maintenance of data backup,the selection of appropriate cloud storage service has become the best choice for the enterprise.However,the cloud storage platform in the domestic market is complex and varied.Although it provides a good storage platform,but its customization is poor,it does not manage the enterprise project systematically,and needs the user to carry out the related project data division and management.In addition to the confusion of data,the confusion of the staffs in the production process of animation products also restricts the speed of the industry.The relationship between personnel and tasks is weak.The system managers are difficult to grasp the information of the progress of the project and the distribution of the personnel.Developers are one-sided about their current tasks,past tasks and tasks to be completed.This platform is designed to facilitate the development of enterprise projects.In this paper,we choose the FastDFS distributed file storage system to store the media resource files produced by the 3D animation production process in the light of the problems encountered in the process of 3D animation production.FastDFS can meet the needs as a distributed file storage system,and on this basis,encapsulation allows external access through the API mode to achieve cloud storage.Storage of file storage information by storing business data and non relational database MongoDB through relational MySQL can solve the problem of huge storage and query speed.In addition to data and file storage problems,there are still problems in the process of 3D animation media resource creation,such as unclear division of labor,unclear project progress and so on.Therefore,the system also has the functions of project management,personnel management,task assignment and data statistics display.The visualization method is used to show the situation of the project,and it is convenient for the managers to master the progress of the project at any time,and change the staffs according to the implementation of the project.Through these functions,each step of the 3D animation media production process can be recorded so that the completed industrial chain can be formed,the whole process can be traced,the state can be restored,and a comprehensive and efficient solution for the 3D animation production is provided.
