Nowadays some inland water protection authorities in Shanghai have incomplete equipment of information management and inadequate staffing.In addition,there is no professional equipment recording the waste disposal of the ships and the GPS positioning information as well as uploading the records to dedicated data center,which makes it impossible to real-time monitor the disposal situation effectively and scientifically.Due to the lack of research on information management system of garbage monitoring at home and abroad,a ship garbage monitoring platform based on Android APP is designed to real-time monitor garbage disposal situation of the ship.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)First of all,according to the present status of ship waste disposal,doing requirements analysis for the system,then obtain the overall design concept of the system.Considering the actual environment of the pier.This paper takes the ship owner's mobile phone as the transmission medium,takes the ship to the pier disposed of the rubbish as object and takes the information exchange between the client APP and the server-side as the channel.To help the ship owners to deal with the ship garbage and collect the relevant data by themselves.The design ideas of information management platform is that the ship owner can upload the garbage disposal information and the GPS positioning information to the server by client App,when they hand the garbage disposal to the pier.Then the server can process the background data,the garbage disposal information and the positioning of the ship position information will be displayed through the web page in the monitoring center.The system administrator can send a warning message to those ship that have not disposal of the garbage.So as to realize the monitoring and management of ship domestic garbage disposal.(2)This design is developed on the Android Studio based on java language and the interface design have the elegant appearance,environmental protection principles.Function design includes user login,user registration,photo shoot,information input upload module,GPS information acquisition upload module.GPS information through the Android background to create a Serviceprocess to obtain.It integrates WIFI,3G and 4G networks,and builds C/S communication architecture based on HTTP communication protocol,providing a bridge for data collection,input,transmission and monitoring.(3)The server building the frame by Struts structure and displaying the database page using Javascript writing Jsp files.When the server receives the request from the mobile terminal,it will be handled through the operation of Struts framework ActionServlet.Resolve the behavior of the client request mode,perform registration,login,GPS location information updates and garbage disposal information and so on.Mysql database will connect with the server using Jdbc driver.When the server receives the requests of the owner it will connect with the database and perform the corresponding action on the database.(4)Based on the dynamic WEB technology of JSP and the map development tool from the chuanxun website and the corresponding API library,designing a real-time display of the GPS location of the ship dynamic monitoring page.Through the analysis of the garbage disposal data of each ship,the treated refuse ship is displayed as green under this page,the untreated garbage ship is shown as red,and the system administrator can easily send the SMS warning to the untreated garbage ship through the system so as to achieve the real-time supervision purpose.Finally,I complete the design of the ship garbage monitoring platform through coding test.The function requirement of the monitoring platform of the ship waste is completed,and the purpose of monitoring and management is achieved.
