Research On The Key Technology Of Intelligent Warehousing Operation System

With the development of Economy,Science,E-Commerce and Intelligent Technology,the use of intelligent equipment is becoming more frequently used in the warehouse management and operations,thus intelligent warehouse practices come into being.Warehouse operations refer to the entire process from the storage to the delivery,including the inventory management of goods,storage operations,etc.While picking operations occupy the highest cost,and the most time-consuming in the process,and it's efficiency and accuracy play an important role in the services quality of a company.Pick to light system(PTL)and Automatic storage retrieval system(AS/RS)have a lot advantages of flexible control of operating time,real-time field control,labor saving,fast and accurate picking,improving picking efficiency,and reducing logistics costs.So PTL and AS/RS is used more frequently in the warehouse.But the warehouse management brings up more and more high request to Information Technology,Service Integration,Automation and Intelligent.For example,dynamic optimization of warehouse picking,the scheduling model needs adapt to different warehouse,data integration with enterprise ERP,realizing warehouse information management through computer network technology to eliminate information iolated island.However,the extensibility,integration and maintenance of existing warehouse management and control system needs further research and development.Based on the development of modern warehouse management,this mainly researches of intelligent warehousing operation system,which is oriented to AS/RS and PTL.The main research works are as follows:(1)Designed intelligent warehouse operation system based on the Service-Oriented ArchitectureIn order to meet the needs of intelligent warehousing operations,A warehouse management and control system architecture that based SOA was designed,the main function was encapsulated as server,such as warehousing operations monitoring srevices,inventory inquiry service,warehousing equipments control service,position management service and warehousing operations intelligent optimization service.The loosely coupled service architecture allows the system to flexibly support of different warehouse types,different operating systems,and different warehousing operations.(2)Warehouseing Operation and Location Assignment Optimization based on AS/RS and PTLIn the case of batch orders,there is imbalance of the operation in AS/RS,an optimization model aiming at the well operation route balance of multi-stackers and the high efficiency was presented.There is a situation where the slotting are idle or are selected each time,an optimization model aiming at the order percentage complete?cargo space occupancy rate and concentration ratio was presented.A bionic algorithm of model solution based on Binary Particle Swarm Optimization(BPSO)and GA was designed.By two specific on PTL and AS/RS,and the validity of model and algorithm were proved.(3)Service component design based on Intellignet warehousing operationsBased on the service-oriented system architecture,the warehouse management system relational database model,the storage operation equipment communication component,the warehousing optimization model and the bionic algorithm are encapsulated into the service components that support the intelligent storage operation and integrated into the practical application of the warehousing operation system.And optimization missions in diffent orders or diffent warehouse type were effectively resolved.(4)The Application and research of Intelligent Warehouse Operation SystemA warehouse operation system based on Web was designed,and SOA was realized through MVC.The system can intelligent distribute soltting,meet the needs of relization operations and the application had achieved well results in complany.
