With the development of the additive manufacturing processes and medical materials,there is an increasing interest in 3D printing for its application in the medical science realm,which has achieved constant development.The three-dimensional model of the human bone based on CT scan data can directly built through 3D printing,which otherwise cannot realize through traditional manufacture technology,for the enormous complexity in shape.The processing technology related to CT scan data which directly applied in 3D printing will be discussed in this thesis.The main research contents and results are shown below as follows:(1)CT image data topology reconstruction is studied.Firstly,the corresponding relation of adjacent layers will be acquired by their area overlapping preliminarily.And then for those has no correspondence of any targets,by using the ant colony algorithm we can obtain the targeted skeleton line,which will be precisely matched by the shape similar between the target of skeleton.Finally,the topology reconstruction of targets with the CT data interlayer be implemented by constructing the matrix of matching relations.(2)CT image data interpolation is studied.Firstly,we apply the nearest neighbor algorithm to interpolate the targets,and then,different types of contours were extracted in interlayer's morphological different area.The distance between the morphological areas were transformed completely by the usage method of contour tracking,finally according to the contour corresponding and the shape of maximum deviation of targets interlayer,a sequence of targets that their shapes gradually transited between the adjacent layers by interpolation were implemented.(3)Offset contour scanning and filling path planning is researched.To identify the support area of the adjacent interlayers the distance transformation is being employed firstly,and then the offset contours' sharp corners were fitted by morphological opening and closing operation as well as the fairing process.Finally,by constructing the relation tree of the offset contours,we can obtain the continuous and less idle motion offset contour scanning and filling path by means of the offset contour grouping.Based on VS2008 software development platform,the development of the CT scan image data topology reconstruction,interpolation and the Offset contour path planning related to the development of the software modules were completed,and thus the Satisfying research result have been achieved through the actual 3D printing processing and manufacturing.
