Nowadays,it is the era that information technology rapidly develops,and the rapid development of the Internet lays a solid foundation for the dissemination of information.People are experiencing the tremendous changes because of the rapid growth of science and technology news.Facing the massive scientific and technological information,how to accurate and quick find information to meet the needs of their own has been became a difficult problem.In this paper,we mainly study and implement the technology news push service system.This system can effectively solve the problem of "information overload".The specific contents of this paper include the following aspects:First of all,By studying the five principles of constructing domain ontology,the construction strategy of technological domain ontology is determined.Determine the construction of technological domain ontology;Through technological news database,we can collect the data that required to construct the ontology of science and technology news;According to the "national standard discipline code",we can classify the data content of ontology layer by layer;with the Protégé4.3 which is a ontology construction tool,we can construct the initial model of the technological domain ontology,and optimize the initial model.Secondly,In this paper,we use the "user interest concept tree" to express the user interest model,and the user interest data will be constructed according to the technological domain ontology.The construction of interest model still needs to be updated and optimized all the time.By obtaining the time and the size of the news page that the user browsed,The system will using the normalization method to get the user's interest.At the same time,the model is updated and optimized with the time decay function.Thirdly,In this paper,the push algorithm is based on the content.And combined with the characteristics of technological domain ontology,the idea of the algorithm is derived.Meanwhile,combined with the user interest model,the author describes the implementation process.At the same time,it has proposed the news push way by the short message,web,and email etc.Finally,Design and implementation of information push service system.Based on user interest model and recommendation algorithm based on ontology,the system can match the users and the news resources of science and technology.If the news meet the user's demand,the system will push these news by email,message,web and other ways.By this way,we can verify the effectiveness of the system.
