Research And Application Of Video Surveillance Service Based On LTE

Video surveillance is a key part of the smart home system,which is more and more widely used because of its diversity and convenience.However,the traditional video monitoring is based on the realization of the wired network,that is,the need for specific places to achieve video surveillance,has been unable to meet the needs of people,"Any Time,Any Where" video surveillance needs.With the development of Internet technology,especially the rapid development of mobile communication technology of LTE,it is relative to the network communication before the frequency utilization rate is higher,faster transmission speed,traffic flow more transmission capacity and transmission efficiency is more high.Therefore,under the premise of the popularity of smart phones,mobile video surveillance based on LTE technology is possible,it meets the needs of modern smart home,can be achieved anytime,anywhere video surveillance.The research in this paper comes from the Mobile Corporation "smart Home Furnishing field",mainly studies a mobile video surveillance business based on LTE technology,it has changed the previous video monitoring mode,through intelligent mobile phone can complete video surveillance tasks,users can realize the video surveillance needs to "Any Time,Any Where".The main work of this paper is the transplantation,streaming media technology and understanding decoding technologies related to Android operating system,the development board and the program corresponding to S3C6410 encoding into the chip and write the APP monitoring software needs to realize the intelligent mobile phone client monitoring.In the end,this paper uses C/S model and debugging the program,finally realizes the mobile video monitoring system based on LTE technology.It is the most important point is the realization of the mobile phone can be opened whenever and wherever possible to watch the monitoring object and the video screen is more clear and smooth compared with the traditional video monitoring system,in the premise of connecting a microphone can realize mutual dialogue function.
