Intelligent acquisition system can conform to the requirements of the C hina's energy consumption data management and fit the current tendency of agricultural development,which is a hotspot in the research of the science.Basically choosing artificial acquisition methods,the existing facilities of agriculture is used for a particular data collection,and it is limited to specific situations,which isn't satisfy the users' demands for the degree of automation,sampling frequency and precision requirements.Therefore,the main purpose of this research is how to realize automatic efficient multi-channel data acquisition,processing,display,transmission and storage based on a multipoint,multicomponent data acquisition task,and to use the wireless network for remote data monitoring and management.According to the functional requirements,the research divides the multi-channel data acquisition system into two parts: a multiplex data collector and PC remote data reception and management software,and the related contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the function demands for measurement data in agriculture,such as the characteristics of the facilities,the requirements of data collection,the way of data transmission and processing,the article puts forward an overall architecture for multi-channel data acquisition system,to realize automatic multichannel data acquisition and data management capabilities.(2)Choosing microprocessor STM32 as control chip,the article designed the circuits of the acquisition board and main control board for the collector machine.Acquisition board mainly includes serial signals acquisition circuits.The primary circuits of main control board are the power conversion,bus transmission,LC D display and external storage.(3)After building the hardware,the article uses ?C/OS-II,a real-time operating system to achieve the programming task for the collector.In acquisition board,the article writes the driver code and 485 communication program to complete data acquisition and communication with the main board.In the main control layer,the acquisition system uses LCD display,GPRS data transmission,data communication and data stora ge to implement the data display,transmission and storage.(4)The system uses Lab View to design the PC software to realize monitoring and management of the hypogyny machine system.By parsing packets,the software displays the multiplex data visually on the interface,and provides users with historical data query and download function.The test and demonstration application of the system show that the system can operate stably,and also can satisfy the user demands for power,accuracy and real-time performance.
