Research And Implementation Of The Intelligent Supermarket System Base On Internet Of Things

As the Internet of Things technology becomes more and more mature,Internet of Things has became an important part of the new generation of information technology.With the wide usage and rapid development in multiple areas such as the industrial monitoring,urban management,intelligent home,intelligent transportation,Internet of things has became another hot area and billionaire's market after the Internet.This paper is based on the background of current retail industry,such as the environment of large and medium sized supermarkets.The paper introduces a system solution of Internet of things,including a management platform system,a intelligent hardware and a mobile APP,which is named Intelligent Supermarket System.The theory of Intelligent Supermarket System is based on the concepts of Internet of things and Internet +,using communication technologies such as LAN or Internet to make sensors,controllers,machines,people and things link together,then make connection between people and things and connection between things and things,implementing a informational intelligentized network with remote control and management capabilities.This paper focuses on the development of a Internet of Things system.The system consists of three parts:a management platform system,a intelligent hardware and a mobile phone APP application.The management platform system consists of two parts:a management platform subsystem and a communication platform subsystem.The management platform subsystem is used for the management of supermarket goods,intelligent hardware devices,and the entire system scheduling.The communication subsystem is responsible for the data layer communication and message distribution in the whole system,using the MQTT protocol.The smart hardware consists of electronic tag devices,smart base station devices,and sensor devices.The electronic price tag is used to show information of goods,such as price,specifications,origin and so on.The intelligent base station device is used for connecting to the electronic price tag device and the wireless communication for data communication.The sensor device contains a temperature sensor with a wireless communication function and a humidity sensor.The APP refers to a APP application on the Android system.Firstly,starts with the background and demand of the Intelligent Supermarket System,analyses the demand and capabilities used to implement the Internet of things system in the environment of large and medium sized supermarkets,and introduces the related technology and contents of the framework.Secondly,describes the design and implement of the intelligent supermarket system in three aspects:the management platform system,the terminal hardware and the mobile APP.It mainly introduces the design and implement of the three-layer framework of the management platform subsystem and the database,the communication protocol in the Communication platform subsystem and the design and implement of the network,authentication,communication process in the entire devices.The design of mobile APP framework and location positioning are described in detail.Finally,presents the result of the the system,does a brief test and demonstration of the key functions of the system,and describes the summary and outlooks.
