With the development and progress of society,electronic products play an increasingly important role in our daily life.And plug-in machine is indispensable equipment in the production line.The automatically plug-in replaces the manual plug-in,which greatly improves the efficiency and reduces the loss caused by human error.So,both at home and abroad,the plug-in machine has a very good development prospects.In this paper,the structure design and analysis of the main parts of the machine are done.The motion control system and image acquisition system are finished.And through the actual verification,it meets the requirements.According to the requirement of the actual plug-in,the motion control system and the main structure and technical index of the plug-in machine are determined.On the basis of understanding the working principle and working process of the plug-in machine,the axis and their function are assigned.Then select the appropriate types of motors and drives according to the mechanical analysis of each axis.And design the circuit diagram.After finishing the motion control system,the image acquisition system needs to be designed.The image acquisition module is the main part of the machine.Two kinds of structure scheme are designed.They are acquisition system based on mobile camera and image acquisition system based on a fixed camera.And two kinds of calibration methods put forward.The methods of calibration determine the accuracy of the machine.And the feasibility of the method is verified by multi group of experiments.After determining the structure of image acquisition module,pictures can be taken and processed.The image processing algorithm can be divided into the component identification and mark point identification.Component recognition algorithm includes pin recognition and contour recognition;mark point identification uses the Blob analysis,and then fit circle with the least square method.In addition,this paper also proposes an image enhancement algorithm based on the two linear transformation of gray value,which can achieve better pretreatment results.After finishing the work above,the prototype can be debugged and tested.It includes image processing accuracy test,mechanical precision test and plug-in speed test,and so on.The experiment results show that the machine can meet the design requirements.
