With the continuous development of electronic assembly technology,the placement efficiency and accuracy of surface mounting equipment is higher and higher,and it has been able to achieve the most stable assembly of most standardized components.But there are still many special-shaped components,such as power devices,electronic socket,plug-in switches,etc.,because of its complex structure,different shape and other non standardized characteristics,plug-in packaging technology is still necessary.Although China is a big country in the production and consumption of electronic products,however,this kind of special-shaped component is mainly dependent on the low efficiency and low quality manual intercalation.Based on the above factors,it is very meaningful to study the automatic intercalation technology for the special-shaped components,and has a broad market value.In this paper,the key technology of the visual location detection of the plug-in machine is studied.The main contents are as follows:1,based on in-depth investigation of the research status and functional requirements of the automatic plug-in machine at home and abroad,we set the function and technical indicators of the vision positioning system of plug in machine.According to the set of technical indicators and requirements,we design the composition of the vision positioning system of the plug in machine,select the hardware of lighting system and image acquisition scheme,and build the experimental platform of the vision positioning system.2.According to the requirement of Mark point location and component feature extraction,image filtering,threshold segmentation,edge detection and other image preprocessing algorithms are studied and discussed.As well as the research of the commonly used feature extraction algorithm Hough transform,an improved circular Hough transformation method is proposed.And through the experiment analysis,the image processing and feature extraction algorithm suitable for this system are selected.3.Research on the algorithm of plug-in positioning related,including camera calibration and hand eye calibration,PCB board reference point positioning,component position correction and other algorithms.Through the research of camera calibration and hand eye calibration,the relevant transformation methods of image coordinates and world coordinates are proposed.A vector based position correction algorithm for component position is proposed,which can be used to solve the problem of component position migration.4,through the use of C++ programming language developed in the VS2012 environment to achieve the vision positioning system algorithm and software,verification and analysis and design related experiments of fixed camera calibration,visual positioning system calibration,small arm camera PCB datum point positioning,positioning element position correction algorithm.
