With the rapid development of technology and science,it has become a certain trend that VR technology applied in industrial s afety and human-machine product development to provide theoretical guidance.Particularly,It has been well-known that the ?virtual human? technology applied in scene simulation and man-machine effectiveness,and the modeling of ?virtual human? also becomes a hot research topic.The modeling of virtual human body involves many disciplines such as sports biomechanics,ergonomics and virtual reality etc.There is no doubt that the core of human modeling is the modeling of human skeletal muscle system.In this paper,focusing on the requirement in many fields,the human body lower limb skeletal muscle system model was established based on multi-body dynamics,CAD and other means aiming to applied in rehabilitation medicine,bionic machinery and sports training etc.of human-computer simulation analysis.The main research contents and innovative conclusions of the subject can be summarized as follows:Firstly,by referring to a large number of Chinese and foreign literature,summarizing and improving the previous research methods,referencing to previous research results,a new human lower limb skeletal muscle system Model design was put forward,in which experimental collection is the base,multi-body dynamics theory is principle and computer-aided design is means.In the processing,six healthy adults was selected as research object,and surface EMG signal of lower limb,lower limb motion parameters,ground reaction and so on was selected based on human motion information acquisition system.Secondly,MATLAB software was applied to achieve denoising and sharpening of human lower limb CT image,and characteristic value was selected by programming.QTM software was used to process experimental data,establish the model of human lower limb stick motion and extrac t the parameters of the lower limb movement meanwhile.Thirdly,Mimics software was applied to select point cloud data of human lower limb bones,and UG software was used to establish human lower limb bone model and simplified model of human lower limb sk eletal muscle structuring step by step from point to body.At the same time,Skeletal muscle system model of human lower limb was established by ADAMS/view modular software experimental data and the joint moment equation of human lower limb muscle.Finally,kinematics and dynamics simulation of human lower limb skeletal muscle model was conducted in ADAMS software and the simulation result was selected.In order to analyze the correlation between the simulation result and experimental data,multiple correla tion coefficient method was applied.Meanwhile,the feasibility and practicability of the model was analyzed.
