Biorobots are a new high-tech field that integrates multiple disciplines.Among them,the aquatic robot is a biological robot that uses the unique biological characteristics of aquatic animals to control aquatic animals.This study selects carp as the research object of aquatic biological robots,studies the correspondence between the carp brain nerve nuclei and skeletal muscles that control movement,and explores the mechanism of carp robot motion control.The research work in this paper is as follows:In the research of carp skeletal muscle,anatomical experiments were carried out on the skeletal muscles of the carp trunk and limbs,and the morphological structure and main functions of the skeletal muscles in the relevant areas were studied.Through the exogenous skeletal muscle stimulation experiment,the correspondence between carp skeletal muscle and the form of exercise was found and revealed.In order to effectively test the contraction of carp skeletal muscles,we independently developed an EMG collection system for aquatic animals.Through filtering,amplification,AD collection,SD card storage,etc.,the effective collection of carp's EMG signal was realized for the study of the brain.The correspondence between nerve nuclei and skeletal muscle laid the foundation.In the research on the correspondence between the carp brain nerve nucleus and the skeletal muscle,the matrix stimulating electrode and the carrying device for the carp robot have been independently developed,which solves the problems of the difficulty of carrying electronic equipment of the carp robot and the low success rate of experiments.Using self-developed stimulation electrodes and carrying devices,electrical stimulation experiments were carried out on the carp cerebellum and the brain area of the brain area of the carp,and the three-dimensional coordinate points of the brain motor area that control the left turn,right turn and forward movement of the carp were found and determined.Through the self-developed EMG acquisition system,the EMG signal of the carp cranial nerve nucleus was collected when it was electrically stimulated.It was found that when the left VI nucleus,the right VI nucleus and the VII nucleus were electrically stimulated,the carp's trunk and VII nerve nucleus were electrically stimulated.The specific muscles of the limbs will have contraction response.The left VI nucleus,the right VI nucleus and the VII nerve nucleus have a certain correspondence with the carp body muscles and limb muscles,which preliminarily reveals the carp brain nerve nucleus and bones.The law of correspondence between muscles.
