Design And Implementation Of Data Warehouse For Hospital Information Integration Platform

In recent years,the major hospital information construction has made great progress,based on the Hospital Information System(HIS),the clinical information system(CIS)which is based on Electronic Medical Record(EMR)was completed,it brings great convenience to the hospital work,but it is also accumulated a lot of business data.In the business system,there are still many problems can not be ignored,for example: heterogeneous data,information island,these problems seriously affected the development of hospital information.Therefore,it is more and more important to integrate the scattered and independent heterogeneous data resources,realize the data sharing,and dig out the valuable information of the data,and provide decision support for the development of medical and health care.Based on the definition of data warehouse,in this thesis,data warehouse architecture,construction methods,model design and other theoretical basis has been described.On this basis,the design and implementation of the data warehouse of hospital information integration platform is completed.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)In this thesis,it investigates the data warehouse related technology,and it analyzes the demand of the hospital data warehouse from the aspects of business operation,data source and data warehouse of the operation support system of the hospital.(2)Based on the data structure and data analysis of the original information system in the hospital,the design,model design and data integration design of the data warehouse of the hospital information integration platform are based on the hospital drug analysis theme.(3)Based on the design of the data warehouse model,this thesis uses Informatica's data warehouse solution to analyze the data of drug analysis topics and complete the integration work.(4)In this thesis,the test of the data warehouse has been studied,and the data warehouse is tested from the data loading test and the business test of the data warehouse respectively,and finally the application results are very good.
