Research Of Warehouse Security System Based On RFID

At present,the traditional warehouse management is basically in a manual or semiautomatization mode,the form of manual management still occupies a very important position,the automation level is relatively backward.Cargo information collection is still based on manual,the security of goods is mainly protected by the patrol of staffs,which can not help realize the interconnection of information systems and warehouse good really.This kind of management is not only cumbersome,but also prone to security risks.In addition,the kind of management has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the construction and upgrading of warehouse management informatization.According to this condition,a warehouse security system based on RFID positioning technology is proposed in this paper.This paper firstly introduces the hardware design of the UHF RFID reader,the general RF chip scheme is applied as RF front-end circuit,Balun convertor is used for differential signal transmission,receiving channel and transmit channel is isolated by the coupler,all these make the reader design miniaturization,low power consumption,low cost,and the design of power supply system for RFID reader is based on the combination of switching power supply and low dropout linear power supply,which makes high power conversion efficiency and avoids the interference of ripple to the radio frequency signal.Then,aiming at the shortcomings of the current indoor positioning algorithm,the VIRE algorithm is further optimized from two aspects: the optimization of adjacent map and the error self-correction,the improved VIRE positioning algorithm is compared with the VIRE by simulated of MATLAB,the optimization algorithm improve the recognition accuracy of VIRE indoor positioning further.At last,system layout and system framework is design for warehouse security system,the concept of database structure and data table is analysed,which are combined with the ADO.NET database access technology for database design.The system is divided into goods management,electronic map,user permissions,alarm system,data report and log management modules for software design.In addition,the improved VIRE algorithm is used to improve the accuracy of electronic map positioning.This system can monitor the goods in the warehouse with the help of RFID and indoor positioning technology,which is used at Nanjing Huade Warehouse Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.this system helps to improve the way of warehouse security management,reduce the work of warehouse management and improve the efficiency of warehouse management.In addition,it helps to make up for the loopholes in the security management of warehouse goods and reduce the risk of loss of goods,which can be used for reference of research on the warehouse security management system.
