With the progress and development of science and technology,the Internet is playing an increasingly important role in the field of manufacturing.“Internet plus” represents a new economic form,which give full play to the optimization and integration of Internet in the allocation of essential productive factors.“Internet plus” is radically and subversively affecting the development of the traditional manufacturing industry.Because of the complexity and variability of the workshop production,the traditional production process management,when receiving the production task,can not get accurate inventory information to make a judgment on the required production resources.In the production process,due to the production information can not be accurate and timely feedback to the leadership,the leadership decisions will be affected.At the same time,the record of the production process is not only easy to make mistakes,but also inefficient.After the end of production,because of a large number of repeated data entry caused by the statistics of the production cost,it is difficult to trace the quality problems when they appeared.Therefore,the traditional workshop management has been unable to adapt to the growing market.To solve the above problems,the system design was carried out based on the guiding ideology of the realization of information system of grain dryer manufacturing process by the "Internet plus",in order to improve the production efficiency.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The research background and significance of manufacturing execution system in production workshop and the research status at home and abroad are introduced,it also points out the necessity of manufacturing process management system in modern manufacturing enterprises.(2)Through long-term follow-up investigation on the status of the production workshop,the requirement analysis of grain dryer manufacturing process information system were put forward according to the analysis of characteristics and manufacturing process model of grain dryer,logistics,information flow and capital flow as a main clue based on the relationship between logistics,information flow and capital flow as the main line.(3)According to the requirements analysis and the actual production conditions of the workshop,the overall process design is provided,which provides the framework for the system development,and provides the basis for the detailed modeling of the following functional model.(4)The function modules of the system,including basic data management,personnel management,in the project management,outsourcing project management,inventory management,financial management,quality management,were designed in detail based on the analysis of the function of the system.(5)The overall framework of the system and the technical development route were established.The design of database using Microsoft SQL server 2008.The development of procedures for grain dryer manufacturing process information system using Microsoft studio 2010,Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and Internet Information Services(IIS).The background of the site using object-oriented language C# logic processing,The system development achieved in Windows system.(6)The application of the information system of grain dryer manufacturing process in the workshop can improve the management level and production efficiency.
