Driven by the new form of international trade development,manufacturers are facing a higher challenge to a low cost and high efficiency operation of large-scale multi-stage port-hinter-land logistic system in a complex and dynamic external environment caused by the uncertainty of resources and objectives.This paper studies the practical problems of low efficiency and high cost of the port-hinterland logistics system.By using the information architecture based on the digital twin technology,the collaborative optimization algorithm and the synchronized control mechanism to solve the problems such as the real-time information of the port-hinterland logistics system cannot be obtained in time,multiple subsystems cannot make collaborative decision which makes the system cannot reach the overall optimal and can't effectively deal with the external dynamics inference.It breaks through the traditional system optimization method based on static decision and local optimization,which can never meet the optimal operation of port-hinterland logistics system in the whole life cycle under the high-frequency dynamic environment.In this research,synchronized control method and insertion algorithm are used to solve the problem of port-hinterland operation under dynamic interference.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)This paper describes the operation process of port-hinterland logistics under the background of cross-border e-commerce,and analyzes the problems and difficulties in the operation of the current port-hinterland logistics system under the dynamic interference of the environment.(2)In view of the problems existing in the current port-hinterland logistics system,aninformation architecture based on digital twin is designed,and a synchronized mechanism based on three-level dynamics is proposed.(3)On the basis of the information architecture and synchronized mechanism designed above,in order to qualitatively solve the problems existing in port-hinterland logistics,the mathematical model of the orders milk-run pickup subsystem in hinterland and the order direct shipment mathematical model of port-hinterland logistics are designed.In order to achieve the overall optimization,the collaborative optimization algorithm is used to adjust the solution results of the above two mathematical models.In order to deal with the dynamic of the outside world,the interpolation algorithm is designed.(4)In order to verify the effectiveness of the optimization method,this paper uses Python 3.7.2 programming language to simulate and solve a port case in Zhuhai City,which shows the feasibility of the method.The feasibility of the optimization method is further analyzed by analyzing the effect comparison before and after optimization,whether there is single interpolation algorithm and synchronized effect comparison,and the corresponding management significance is obtained.This research can not only realize the port-hinterland logistics system to operate in a dynamic environment with low-cost and high-efficiency,but also provide logistics management researchers with a solution to optimize the multi-stage logistics system in a dynamic environment.
