The cycle picking method has become one of the main operating modes for automobile manufacturers and third-party logistics auto parts to supply logistics with the operational efficiency and cost of recycling pick-up being their core issues of concern.The key to the successful implementation of the goods depends on the optimization of the vehicle loading plan and the pick-up route.Only by considering the two links at the same time can the lowest cost and the highest efficiency of planned pick-up path ensured.This thesis introduces the operation status of Fengshen logistics cycle picking mode,and deeply analyzes the cycle picking mode from the aspects of operation process and vehicle path planning method,and finds that the current vehicle routing planning method takes volume and load as well as customer service time022011 window constraints into account without considering the three-dimensional loading constraints.Consequently,the implementation of the pick-up path in the actual operation did not achieve the expected results,which often cause the failure of parts loading.In view of the characteristics of the recycling of Fengshen Logistics auto parts,the minimum pick-up cost(including vehicle activation cost,transportation cost and penalty cost of not meeting customer service time window)is the optimization goal,and constraints of three-dimensional loading,customer service time window and actual vehicle path are thought over in the process of recycling.Furthermore,this thesis constructs a three-dimensional loading vehicle path optimization model with soft time window,and designs a combination algorithm of improved genetic algorithm and vehicle loading inspection algorithm.Finally,the Fengshen Logistics Dongguan Distribution Center is used as an application case.The vehicle path optimization scheme proposed in this thesis is compared with the original vehicle routing scheme.It is confirmed that the optimization scheme proposed can not only avoid the occurrence of loading failure but also effectively reduce operating costs and shorten the pickup time and improve vehicle loading efficiency.
