It is very important to monitor the air pressure of the air bag in the ship,which is important to the safety of the construction personnel and the life of the air bag.How to make the construction personnel anytime,anywhere,accurately and quickly obtain the change of the air pressure of the air bag is a necessary research topic.Traditionally,the industry focused on the use of wired network to monitor remote objects,there are many shortcomings,such as the large investment in the early stage,the difficulty in the field wiring,and the lack of expansion compatibility.With the wide application of computer technology,information technology of Internet of things and mobile Internet communication technology,industrial monitoring technology is developing rapidly.This paper mainly uses the Internet of things and ideas,combined with wireless sensor network(Wireless Sensor Network,WSN)technology and mobile Internet technology development,put forward the design and implementation of APP wireless air pressure sensor network system based on Android,using ZigBee wireless network for air bag gas pressure sensor data acquisition equipment,followed by the introduction of cloud platform to collect data management and storage,and then in the Android mobile phone terminal application program,display information and air pressure data in real time,realize the construction personnel with real-time monitoring of air pressure on the ship.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analysis and design of wireless pressure sensor network system.Firstly,the functional and non functional requirements of the monitoring system are analyzed,and the overall scheme and framework of the system are designed.(2)The design and implementation of ZigBee network based sensing layer.The construction of ZigBee wireless sensor network is described in detail,and the sele ction of the hardware chip is introduced,the circuit design of the ZigBee router and the hardware and software design of the terminal node are completed.(3)The design of network layer based on equipment cloud platform.This paper first introduces the characteristics and advantages of the cloud platform,and then describes the principle,function and programming interface of the system.(4)Design and implementation of application layer based on Android mobile phone.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the development process of the environment and the framework of the software development.(5)System testing and analysis.Mainly on the ZigBee network and equipment cloud platform for data transmission testing,as well as the Android client for functional t esting,and finally based on the test results to make improvements to the system analysis.
