Ship airbag launching is an innovative technology with independent intellectual property rights in China,and has the characteristics of low investment,high efficiency and flexibility.It’s a promising new technology.The compression deformation of the balloon is highly non-linear in the process of launching,in order to ensure the safety of the ship on the water,the construction personnel must be understand the status of the air pressure timely and accurately.Traditional balloon pressure monitoring using mechanical pressure gauge in general,take the manual cycle inspection method to record the barometric data,the pressure detection efficiency is extremely low,and there are security risks.In recent years,it can be a good solution to the ship airbag underwater pressure detection process that the use of ZigBee-based wireless sensor network,with the rapid development of sensor technology.This paper presents a ZigBee-based design of the ship airbag group wireless air pressure sensor,the design includes ZigBee terminal nodes of mechanical design and circuit hardware and software design.Among them,the mechanical part of the design includes two parts: sensor link components and terminal node shell,design standardization link rod link airbags pressure testing point,seal the sensor through the O-rings and use 3D printing technology to process the shell.In the finally,the installation of air pressure sensor seal 、 the terminal node hardware package as well as links to terminal airbags.Then,data acquisition node began to collect air pressure,and send the collected data to the ZigBee coordinator,through the gateway upload data to the cloud platform.Finally,operator can view real-time monitoring data on the PC side.The main work of this paper is the following several aspects:(1)A brief overview of the ship airbag launching technology,and analysis of airbag pressure detection status;(2)Overview of ZigBee network,and the summary of ZigBee protocol analysis;(3)Analyzes the traditional barometer detection method,puts forward the overall design of the terminal node mechanical design,and designs thecomponents;(4)The ZigBee sensor network architecture is described,and the hardware of the terminal node is analyzed.Then,the hardware circuit is designed.Finally,the software part is developed;(5)Terminal node equipment assembly,and testing and analysis,including the sensor air tightness test,the terminal node to collect data barometric data accuracy test,terminal node data transmission stability test. |
