Multi-agent system has been a hot topic in international academic since its appearance,it after more than 30 years of research and development,its theoretical research is perfect increasingly,but the research of the practical application of multi-agent system is still rare.For the convenience of people data collection and management in a complex or dangerous circumstances,this paper designs a multi-agent coordinated control experiment platform with certain universality and extensibility on the basis of determining the system architecture,communication mode and coordinated control strategy.First of all,this paper designs a wireless communication system based on ZigBee technology in order to meet the communication characteristics of this Multi-agent system,the system uses five CC2530 devices as coordinator,router,and terminal node respectively.The communication system builds the hardware platform of the entire communication system completely through the design of each node interface circuit,the coordinator and router send data in the form of broadcast,the terminal send data in the form of on-demand in the System.At the same time,when the system transmits data,people just consider whether there is data need to send,without considering which form of sand data.The serial port test shows that the wireless communication system can meet the requirements of the communication of the system in this paper.Secondly,this paper designs a single agent that is intelligent car.This paper has three intelligent car,three intelligent car mainly include the motor drive module,the Hall speed module,the ultrasonic distance and avoidance module,the corner recognition module and the ZigBee communication module.In addition to that,one of three intelligent car also includes a robot control module and an image acquisition module.This paper chooses the STM32F407 chip with DSP function as the core processor of the system,and uses the XL4501 of the adjustable power module as the regulator module of the main power,and uses the integral separation PID control algorithm to complete the speed closed-loop control.At the same time,in order to reduce the size of the image data,this paper uses the standard JPG image compression format,and in order to adapt the image data to the characteristic of ZigBee communication,this paper divides the data of image compression.Finally,in order to solve the problem of multi-task management of the system,this paper designs a man-machine remote monitoring systembased on LabVIEW,it communicates with agents mainly through the VISA node.The man-machine monitoring system designs the interface of the preset agent trajectory,the interface of robot manual control and 3D simulation,the interface of image processing and display,the interface of the agents remote control and other interfaces of the status of agents,and in order to identify the image information better,this article uses the image binarization,when computer identifies the information of image,the binary image can increase the effectiveness of identify,and it is convenient to extract the information of the image.In this paper,the multi-agent coordinated control system has performed static testing,module testing and system testing in the laboratory.The test results show that the system well can collect the data of the environmental,wireless communication and remote control.
