Miniaturization and mobility is one of the developing trends for future measurement and control system of HF/DF chemical lasers.In this thesis,a small,light and embeddable wireless measurement and control system is designed based on PLC,PIC microcontroller,PC program and wireless data transmission modules,to control the operation of chemical lasers and the acquisition of experimental data.PLC is used to control the open and close of electromagnetic valves on each gas supply pipelines.Data acquisition and storage system with single AD channel and multiple AD channels are designed with the help of PIC single chip microcontrollers.The master control program is written by LabVIEW to control the coordinated operation of PLC and data acquisition and storage system through wireless modules.The function of the designed wireless measurement and control system was tested on a single gas supply pipeline of a combustion driven HF/DF chemical laser.And test results show that this wireless measurement and control system can successfully control the supply sequence of single gas supply pipeline and obtain pressure or temperature changes in real time.This wireless measurement and control system operates stably,and its external structure is compact and simple.According to the actual operation requirements of chemical lasers,the functions of this wireless measurement and control system are optimized.PLC program is improved to realize synchronous control of multiple gas supply pipelines and periodic supply of D2;Functions of starting by multiple instructions and emergency stop are added into PLC program.Data acquisition and storage system is integrated into the circuit board in order to minimize the volume.The master control program is modified to rewrite the time sequence in PLC program and obtain the real time operation state of data acquisition and storage system remotely.Power management of each module is optimized,to realize full-battery drive of PLC and data acquisition and storage system.The reliability of the optimized measurement and control system is tested and verified by tests on the single gas supply pipeline.12 optimized data acquisition and storage systems are packaged portably and embedded into the combustion driven HF/DF chemical laser,to control the operation of a actual laser and measure the pressure of 11 test points and the temperature of 1 test point in 6 gas supply pipelines together with PLC and the master control program.Experiment results show that the optimized embeddable wireless measurement and control system can control the operation of the laser successfully,and obtain the pressure changes of each gas supply pipeline completely.Portable,stable and easy to install,the new embeddable wireless measurement and control system can provide reference for future measurement and control system of chemical laser.
