| Inter-satellite links(ISLs)have become the important development direction of navigation satellite constellation.An important function of ISLs is inter-satellite communication.Network protocols are the rules for information exchange between communicating entities,in the ISLs,this rule is called the ISLs network protocol stack.In the case of traditional ground network protocol is not well adapted to the environment of space communication,many network protocol improved or designed for space environment appears.Before network protocols are put into use,it must undergo complete testing to guarantee it can apply correctly.This paper conducts research on the network of ISLs and theory and technology related to network protocol testing.This research adapts to current direction of development,the content and results have certain guiding value for inter-satellite network protocol stack testing and development.This paper mainly studied the following aspects:1.ISLs navigation satellite constellation models.Network model includes basic configuration of ISLs network,relationship between network nodes,network access mode,and network protocol stack designed for ISLs.The point is the content and features of network protocol stack designed for ISLs,the specific content includes changes compared with ground network protocol,function analysis of protocol layer,design of protocol frame form etc.2.Testing on network protocol.This paper starting from the testing on general network protocol,analyses the reasons,content,and method of protocol testing.Then,combined with the features of network protocol stack of ISLs,puts forward with a protocol test program based on virtual test idea,this program gives content,idea,key technology required by testing and method to design test case.3、On the basis of test program,a protocol testing system is designed for network protocol stack for ISLs.In design,the function required of testing system is define,then,software and hardware realization is considered.Testing system uses a modular design,the key technology required in testing are achieved in each module,give the testing system working flow.4、Testing on system and protocol.Protocol testing includes testing on protocol function,conformance testing,interoperability testing,performance testing and robustness testing.Tests need to go through steps as determining the purpose of the test,designing test cases,test execution,and test result analysis.With the test,we can verify that the testing system can meet the test requirement and checking the protocol from aspects as conformance,interoperability,performance and robustness. |
