With the development of wireless network technology,wireless networks for kinds of needs appear,but these networks cannot replace all the other networks,so the heterogeneous wireless network interconnection technology has been a hot spot in the research of wireless networks.At the same time,the heterogeneous wireless network is faced with the problems of network diversity,access dynamics,and resource concurrency and so on.In this paper,based on the software radio,from the network protocol stack and network system design point of view,to solve the problem of wireless network access,interconnection and communication network optimization,and to ensure the performance of the heterogeneous wireless network,the design of this paper is further optimized,and the details of the problem is analyzed in detail and put forward the corresponding solution.In view of the problem of heterogeneous wireless network interconnection,Universal Interconnection Layer(UIL)is proposed,which solves the problem of network protocol conversion,protocol conversion path combination explosion,multi hop network organization,network lateral scalability and unified addressing in heterogeneous wireless networks.And from the application point of view,the UIL design under the transmission layer,which is transparent to users,and compatible with the existing system.In view of the problem of access to heterogeneous wireless networks,the adaptive access protocol stack(SAPS)is proposed,which solves the problem of the diversity of the system interface and the diversity of protocol stack.At the same time,the design of network cooperative work mechanism in SAPS can improve the network throughput and the overall rate of the network.To solve the problem of scheduling problems in heterogeneous wireless networks,Status-based Channel Hitting algorithm(SCH)is proposed,which solves the problem of channel quality estimation,communication link channel selection,and channel handoff data coherence,which improves the stability of communication channel.In this paper,the heterogeneous wireless network prototype system HWC is designed,and the 5 kinds of wireless networks for heterogeneous access and interconnection is implemented.Also the access time of the system,the throughput rate of the channel,and the channel switching time are tested,in order to verify the validity of the research results.
