Physical random number generator plays an important role in the field of network information security and cryptography,and in the field of radar ranging,identity authentication,optical fiber sensing also play a vital role.As the radar signal,physical random number generator can be used to detect the target location by correlation method.In the field of identity authentication,physical random number generator can encrypt identity information and become the dynamic password to ensure the confidentiality of the information.In the optical fiber sensing,physical random number generator can improve the sensing range and spatial resolution and detection accuracy.In the secrecy communication,information security is particularly important.Shannon information theory put forward “ one-time pad” security mechanism shows that the high-speed and good randomness physical random number have very important significance for network information security.Random numbers can be divided to pseudo random number and physical random number.Pseudo random number usually generated by specific algorithm,using an initial sequence of “ seed ”,after a iterative algorithm.Existing computer processing speed can produce high-speed pseudo random sequence,and the rate of Gbit/s order of magnitude.However,pseudo random number in cycles,can be predicted and reduction,is difficult to meet the requirement on thestochastic high field of information security.Physical random number generation was produced through physical random phenomena in nature,it cannot be predicted and reduction,and can meet the security of the random number.Common physical random entropy source include thermal noise,oscillation sampler and chaotic circuit and so on.Comparing with other random number scheme,chaotic circuit physical random number generator can realize the chip level and low-power consumption.In this paper,high-speed random number generator based on autonomous Boolean network was proposed and experimental verification.The device can generate stability of the random numbers sequence by multiplexing technology and rate can be up to 10 Gbit/s.Test results show that random number sequence with good random statistical properties.In addition,this paper used UBS2.0architecture to collect the random numbers,and to ensure that random number generator device to meet the advantages of stable,efficient and practical.At the same time,physical random number generator prototype was developed using this scheme.This article revolve around the physical random number generator based on autonomous Boolean network solution,the content of the research is mainly focused on the following aspects:1.At first,put forward and analyze random physical structure of the entropy source based on autonomous boolean network.A numerical simulation is performed to determine the entropy of the source structure.By studying the dynamic characteristics,analysing entropy and chi-square with the change of the node and calculating the Lyapunov exponent,shows that the chaos characteristics.2.Autonomous Boolean network of high-speed physical random number generator and data collection is studied.Random entropy source,entropy source extraction circuit and real-time processing circuit were constructed.Realizing the 10 Gbit/s high-speed physical random number generator by multiplexingtechnology.Through the USB2.0 architecture implements the sampling rate of300 Mbit/s.3.Through several random number test standard,further analyzed the random characteristics of the physical random number generator.
