| Corruption is an international public nuisance,and countries all over the world are confronted with the problem of corruption to varying degrees.How to strengthen the building of an honest and clean government and effectively curb the problem of corruption is a common task facing the international community.Each country has proposed countermeasures,such as strengthening anti-corruption legislation in the United States and establishing anti corruption law in Singapore.Our country has been considering the construction of a clean government as an important part of the construction of the party and the state,especially since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China when general secretary Xi Jinping put the construction of a clean government at an unprecedented height.General secretary Xi Jinping has made important speeches about the construction of a clear government in several meetings,emphasizing that the whole party should have a profound understanding of the importance of long-term,complex and arduous construction of a clean government and insist on the anti-corruption struggle to the end.Currently,the voice of anti-corruption from people is very high.Clean government archives management,as the key work in anti-corruption,is not only the real-time supervision of leading cadres,but also the supervise and protection of cadres.At present,with the increase in the number and types of information in the daily management work,the traditional way of manual inquiry or statistical information can no longer meet the actual needs.Therefore,it is imperative to manage archives information of clean government by means of information technology.With the "Internet +" concept put forward,the Internet gradually integrates with other traditional industries for the traditional industry operations and management have brought significant changes in all walks of life.The application of the Internet to various businesses in each fields has become a modern management model,which has been increasingly promoted and perfected.Based on such background,the paper puts forward the use of information means to build the information management system for the leading cadres.This paper,on the basis of analysis of the status of the construction of clean government at home and abroad,proposed the implementation of property declaration system to enhance China's current clean government.This paper analyzed the process of China's current management system of clean government,and studied the system how cadres reporting their personal property and their content of property.As for the insufficient information of property in the management system of clean government,the paper came up with the idea that bounded debt,heritage and donation from others all belong to property.Through the study of the current management system of clean government,the paper analyzes the process of our country's honesty and supervision work,and designs the architecture and database of the system through combing the actual business needs of the current archives management.On this basis,Studio 2010 platform C# language programming technology for the functional modules is encoded,and SQL Server 2008 database storage data is selected as the background to complete the building of the archives information management system of the leading cadres.According to the idea of software engineering,UML is used to model the system requirements and design.The system includes system management,data acquisition,query retrieval,statistical information and early warning of five modules.The realization of these modules can providing effective help through monitoring to keep the economic status of leading cadres clean. |
