In 2016,vaccine incident broke out in Shandong,vaccines which without strict cold chain storage are sold to 18 provinces and cities,the news spread of vaccine death,which sparked a mass panic,the field of public health series vaccines incident entered the media and the public view.In order to enrich the new media environment research,broaden the research depth of the theoretical framework and help people regard the network medical reports more rational,the article take "vaccine" as the research object.In this way,we can urge media practitioners to improve their reporting quality,and provide reference for the improvement of network medical information in the network environment.This view,based on the recent network news reports on "vaccine" and the frame theory,the article takes the Baidu news as the research object,and make a study about online news report on "problem vaccine" from the reported issues,report time,report form,news sources,network news sources,reporting key tone,report type and length,high frequency words,the quality of reports and other aspects,to get the basic structure and agenda setting of the current online news coverage of the problem vaccine.Through the analysis,we found the following problems: from the high level framework,reported's concerns is comprehensive but not balanced;from hierarchical framework,the reporting structure is too single to convince the audience;from the low level framework,the reported text language is objective,but some text is exaggerated and subjective judgment components.The study found net reported of the problematic vaccine in recent years received more and more attention,the quantity and quality of the reports also corresponding to be promoted with the perfecting of relevant laws;but the network reported of problematic vaccine is to seek in the reporting quality,although it can basically meet the cognitive needs of the public,but it is less effective in guiding public attitudes and public behavior.General speaking,the article puts forward some countermeasures to improve the network coverage problem of "vaccine" from the theme framework,the framework and the news text frame;then the article opened the field of framework theory researching in the network reporting,especially in the field of health communication reporting.Finally,the paper provides a means to analyze the text of network reports,which reduces the difficulty of data acquisition in content analysis.
