With the rapid development of Internet, various Internet service providers need to provide services for more and more users, in addition, users have also a higher demand:7 x 24-hour service, faster response, greater I/O throughput, and high reliability. In this case, server performance has to be improved. But, even if a single server is advanced enough in performance, the service provided is also limited. So, the cluster technology is used by Internet service providers. However, due to stochastic user request arrival time and execution time, every server may suffer from load imbalance from time to time, so load balancing technology is an important means of improving quality of service.In this paper, load balancing technology has been used in LBMP. First, an introduction to the background of this paper is presented, and then the basic principles, sort and strategies of load-balancing technology, and a variety of related technologies of the system are studied in depth. Next, a load balancing system is analyzed and designed for LBMP. According to the methodology of object-oriented software design, requirements analysis, general design and detailed design are made; especially analysis and demonstration to the algorithm are given. Next, According to the detailed design, this system is implemented, and the class diagram and the sequence diagram of the system are demonstrated. Finally, test to the system in testing environment is achieved.A load balancing solution and a dynamic weighted random algorithm are put forward in this paper. In deployment, the three parts of load information collection, load information processing and load balancing are separated. In weight computing, the Health Value is prompted, which smoothes the adjustment of strategy.
