The water bath temperature controller has widely applied to the industries fields and some scientific experiments of the acid dairy products processing,chemical process,aerospace manufacturing,biomedical research etc.It commonly exists lag,overshoot,large volatility and other characteristics in water bath temperature control,and it is difficult to establish a precise mathematical model.Generally,water bath temperature is controlled by fuzzy controller,but its rules have strong subjectivity,and its control performance often can not reach the objective requirements.At present scholars at home and abroad mostly adopt PID,fuzzy control,neural network and other methods to study the temperature control system of the temperature control precision and stability,but there are few scholars to combine fuzzy control and a variety of intelligent algorithm to carry out research work,therefore it is very necessary to design a high efficiency,high precision and practical intelligent water bath temperature control.Genetic algorithm and cultural algorithm are very popular intelligent algorithm,collect the advantages of two kinds of optimal control to form a kind of cultural genetic algorithm with double cooperative evolutionary mechanism.The expert experience knowledge is used to construct belief space,which acts as guidance direction,and then conducts genetic algorithm among the group space.The individual with higher fitness value is selected to update belief space.Finally,through iterative optimization,the individual with high fitness value is obtained and acted as the fuzzy control rules.In the group space of the cultural genetic algorithm,respectively optimize the control rules and membership function parameters in order to realize the complicated environment of adaptive,self-organizing,self-learning and achieve water bath temperature control of high precision,high efficiency,high steady state.In solving the uncertainty mathematical model of complex system control problems,the fuzzy control has a unique advantage,in the paper,combined with intelligent algorithm can solve the temperature control process problem of lag,the overshoot and precision.So as to achieve the dynamic temperature track and thermostatic temperature control effect.
