In recent years,with the reform and the rapid development of power industry,electric power terminal and intelligent electric meter have been widely used.The current terminal has a lot of functions,such as data acquisition and forwarding,parameter setting,meter controlling,meter reading and power protection.However,in the current power industry,all the terminals are allocated to a number of manufacturers,and the cost of production is expensive.There exists lots of problems,such as the inconsistency of different communication protocols,the inability to detect terminal stability,and the inability to visualize the failure information.In addition,the mismatch between different manufacturers of the power meter and different terminals may occur,and makes it difficult to deal with a variety of abnormal information.Therefore,it's necessary to build a platform to solve these problems.This paper proposes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation platform of measurement automation of terminal quality.This platform consists of a field test platform and a laboratory test platform.The field test platform,which is mainly designed for security considerations,can collect the field test data.And the laboratory test platform based on the JSP/Hibernate design framework can process and display the data.The core idea of the comprehensive platform is as follows: firstly collect the tripartite data(namely laboratory test data,field test data and the main station system data),then combine the evaluation strategies according to the rules of the corresponding score,finally analyze and evaluate the terminal quality.In this paper,the focus of our research work includes the following aspects: the design and implementation of communication interface,the judging between new and old protocols,the assembling and analysis of packets,the programming of test schemes.We successfully realize the communication between our platform and other systems.Besides,our platform can identify the old and new protocols,and can automatically evaluate the quality of terminals.In a word,the research project will help to realize the transition from a single detection of hardware to a reasonable model evaluation of the terminal quality.Moreover,it will be of great significance to the construction of the project of measurement automation.
