Design And Implementation Of Mobile Anesthesia Information Management System Based On Android

With the further development of medical and health informationization,anesthesia information management system has gradually replaced the traditional “pen notes” way of anesthesia information recording because of its high efficiency,reliability,convenience and normative characteristics.Anesthesia information management system can relieve the anesthesia care staff's working pressure.What's more,anesthesia information management system can make the anesthesia care staff more conveniently and accurately manage huge anesthesia information.It can be used to mine the medical value behind the huge data.However,there are still many deficiencies in the anesthesia information management system in our country.For example,the information needs to be recorded in the paper before being input into the system.The anesthesiologists can't rapidly record the anesthesia events when surgery is being carried out and unable to access patient' information at any time.With the rapid development of wireless internet technology and android system that opens source and has high cost-effective,this paper presents a mobile anesthesia information management system based on android.This system can expand the scope of clinical anesthesia nursing in a certain extent,and improve the flexibility and convenience of management of anesthesia information.The presented mobile anesthesia information management system is based on android smart terminal.It has seven modules including system login module,patient information management module,data statistics module,drug management module,expert database management module,user management module and setup module.According to the order of occurrence of anesthesia information,the patient management module can be divided into several submodules,such as the patient's basic information,pre-operation information which contains information of preoperative visit and medication,the intra-operation information which contains the patient's physiological characteristics and intraoperative medication and special anesthesia events etc.,and the post-operation information includes post visit information.Client software can achieve the rapid entry and convenient display of anesthesia information.The system is implemented by the three layer architecture,including the presentation layer,business logic layer and data access layer.The system uses Tomcat technology to construct the mobile anesthesia information management system server.And develops the communication function of the system by the servlet technology which is used to transmit the client requests to the server and turn back the server's response to the client.Besides,the JSON technology is used to package and parse data in server and client.SQL Server is used to store user information and anesthesia information while using JDBC technology to achieve the operation of the database.The results of real test indicate that the system has several advantages including friendly interface,simple operation and rich feature.The mobile anesthesia information management system based on android has achieved the desired design goals with a certain practicality and reliability.
