Design And Implementation Of Neusoft Hospital Anesthesia Information System

This thesis illustrates the works of design and implementation of Neusoft Hospital Anesthesia Information System in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University with Neusoft's Hospital management system, based on Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University's actual needs.In view of the Neusoft Hospital Anesthesia Information System, this thesis has mainly studied the hospital anesthesiology department existing anesthesia work flow, and the anesthesia registration, the anesthesia label, the essential data maintenance, gain the patient life symptom and so on several partial applications are realized. Technology construction and system's nimble deployment are realized by system's software architecture using WCF of.NET framework. Used VS.NET 2008 to take the development kit, has created the advantage for the system development. In process of the system design and realize, in the utilization HL7 news definition standard, the patient life symptom data automatic gain are realized through the connection guardianship equipment. Through researched relations between Anesthesia Information System and other system, and analyzed anesthesia label content constitution, the nimble system structure is designed, the anesthesia label flexibility and the extendibility are strengthened, and the anesthesia label diversification problem is solved. Finally, the Neusoft Anesthesia Information System is designed and realized.This system enables the anesthesia guardianship work to be under the effective management, Causes the hospital anesthesiology department doctor's work to reduce greatly, System Can more convenient, the accurate gain patient's life symptom information, will anaesthetize the information management technology to enhance to a new standard.This system already has been applicated in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University. In the actual use, system provided conveniently for anesthesiology department doctor and other worker of anesthesia. By using the system, not only the highly effective anesthesia software for anesthesiology department doctor is provided, but also operation is made easily and the Neusoft HIS functions are enhanced.
