| Teaching Affairs Management(TAM),a key link among daily affairs management of all universities and colleges,is a heavy work with the demand of quick response and high accuracy,which influences the overall work of the teaching.TAM involves teaching resources,student roll,the arrangement and implementation of teaching plan,exam affaires,teaching materials,etc.It must be considered how to manage and apply the information of TAM effectively as the means of analysis and decision-making.So a scientific TAM system contributes greatly to the quality and efficiency in the operation of universities and colleges,which makes it possible that a scientific,normalized,informationized and automatic TAM system is achieved.This paper first introduces the construction of common software system,then this paper analyzes the characteristics of hybrid architecture model of C/S and B/S.The system database selection are also briefly introduced in the paper.Finally it introduces the related concept of UML,which provides a theoretical basis for the following requirements analysis and modeling system as well as the function module.Then the author put forward the system demand analysis and designed the overall function of the system.In this paper,the author stated the design and implementation of student management,intelligent course,teaching quality evaluation,course management,system maintenance subsystem function module,works procedure and data structure.By listing the research results using the genetic algorithm,the automatic arrangement of curriculum implementation was available.Finally,the author did the systematic functional testing to verify whether the system meet the needs of users.The TAM system is already used in Guangdong Construction Polytechnic with sound effects,which provides full information about teaching management for teachers,students and staffs. |
