With the continuous expansion of the business and service scope of power enterprises,the frequency of accidents and accidents in the enterprises are increasing.If the accident management personnel can timely and effectively control the fault information,the fault of the judgment,processing and system recovery plays a key role.But in the actual operation and management process,it is necessary to make an accurate judgment and handling of the fault,in addition to the control of the scene of a device status,but also must be integrated circuit breaker relay protection device action,ranging analysis and fault recorder action report,fault waveform analysis and judgment.Therefore,in the protection of relay protection and fault information management system on the platform to build a protective action mobile packet system,the power companies within the various functional departments of the accident information management is the key to ensure the normal and stable operation of power enterprise management.At this stage,most of the electric power enterprise accident management system is established by C/S,B/S,etc.,the management needs to be in the designated LAN area by the way of user identity authentication,can be carried out in the enterprise internal accident management.The mobile packet protection system based on Android platform is characterized by the use of a tablet or smart phone access relay protection and fault recorder to obtain information,to help the operator to accurately judge the nature of the accident,the scope of the incident,and to report to the dispatch of accident handling and power system restoration.Compared with the use of C/S,B/S and other models to establish management system,and based on the Android platform to develop the management system more convenient,more convenient operation,and further realize the power enterprise internal the accident.On the basis of the analysis of the fault handling procedure and the record management of the power enterprises,the paper designs and develops a mobile message system based on the Android platform.The structure of the paper is as follows.Firstly,through the analysis of the needs of the early stage,it is clear that the customer online booking behavior management system based on data mining technology needs to be completed in the design process.In the demand analysis,the customer online booking behavior management system based on data mining technology is refined into the incident report management module,the accident report query management module and the fixed value management module.Secondly,the overall design of customer online booking behavior management system based on data mining technology.The overall architecture of the system is planned,then the network layer,data layer and the logic interface layer are designed.The framework structure of the system design process can be defined by the whole architecture design.Finally,this paper introduces the detailed design and implementation of the key functional modules,mainly describes the user registration and landing module,the accident report module,the accident report query module,the fixed value management module and system management module function.
