Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Mobile CRM System Based On Android Platform

In recent years, the development of mobile communication technology is extrodinarily rapid, both the traditional and the Internet industry companies turned their focus to the Mobile Internet. Coupled with the trend of economic globalization, the competition between the customer resources for enterprises is particularly important. In order to increase customer’s loyalty and satisfaction to enterprises, companies need employees respond to customer’s needs at any time. The mobile CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system provided convenient services for enterprise mobile workers and compensated for the shortcomings of traditional CRM system on mobility, therefore it becomes more and more important for enterprises.This paper incorporated with the development technology of application products from the mobile Internet, designed and implemented an enterprise mobile CRM system client application which is running on the Android platform to meet the needs of mobile office.In this paper, the requirement of mobile customer relationship management business from an enterprise was analyzed firstly, seven functions were brought forward:schedule, mini-Email, data acquisition, sales funnel, knowledge base, attachment, setting. Then the system framework and common views were described. Based on the framework and views, seven functions of the mobile CRM client application was designed and implemented in detail, and an optimization scheme focused on stability, compatibility, power consumption, user interface and network delay was also brought forward during the implementation. Finally, both function and performance test were running on this mobile CRM system client application. It verifies the function of this system is satisfited with the requirement and the performance was optimized. Eventually, a commercial mobile CRM client application produce was publishing to the application store.
