Research And Implementation Of Short Message Privacy Protection System Based On Android

With the extensive coverage of 3G/4G network and the rapid development of mobile intelligent terminals, mobile phones play an essential role in people's lives. Short message is favored by the users because of the advantage of low communication cost and convenience.However, with the increasing number of SMS fraud cases, the frequent push of advertising and the constant leakage of user information, the short message brings an enormous loss and trouble to people, so it is imminent to protect the privacy of short message. With the Android operating system constantly occupied the market, the characteristics of Android system open source makes its security be greatly tested. So the short message privacy security issue in Android system is particularly prominent and it has an important meaning.Taking the Android system as the research background and researching on the problem of SMS privacy security and studying the overall framework and principle of Android operating system thoroughly,this paper introduces the four major components of Android system and the SQLite database in detail. Through the comparison, analysis and research of many kinds of encryption algorithms, this paper designs and implements a short message privacy protection system based on Android which consists of three parts. Firstly, this paper proposes a new short message encryption scheme based on 3DES and RSA mixed encryption algorithm to protect the SMS security during the transmission. Secondly,This paper presents a dual protection technique based on MD5 and AES algorithm to solve the local SMS security issues. Finally, this paper designs blacklist database and intercepts black list numbers through monitoring the system broadcast to solve the problem of user harried by short message.The short message privacy protection system based on Android mainly consists of three modules which are independent and cooperated with each other to protect the security of short message privacy of the Android system. In order to verify the security and effectiveness of the system,this paper builds the Android development environment and develops the short message privacy protection system based on Android by using JAVA language and Eclipse. The test by using the Android simulator to send and receive the short message proves the feasibility of the system. The research work of this paper has made some progress in the study of Android system's short message privacy security.
