As mobile phone have been used widely in people's life, more and more mobile network being needed by people. Due to kinds of mobile videos and APPS that need lots of mobile network were installed in mobile phone. The package of mobile network can't meet people's demand. In this case, WIFI technology had been invented and had solved the problem that the package of mobile network can't meet people's demand. Then the style of Automatic Portal have been welcomed by various industries. Through AC controls flows and connected network is the traditional method. When client connects with wireless access point, at the same time client sends message to Portal server through wireless access point. The method not only was restricted by the network, but also the method was affected by the environment. In the case, Portal server's root was transplanted into wireless access device. Now the traditional method have been replaced by the new method, because the new method can been used in more filed. We studied the following four parts in the paper.(1)The Portal server root had been embedded in the wireless access device, on the basis, we need to study how to communicate between Portal master server and LTE-FI that the wireless access device communicated with others in 4G network, and how to achieve the mechanism that keep link alive. Then we need to study LTE-FI device how to record Portal's action, and transfer to Portal master server in the protocol.(2)We need to push different Portal web message in different geographical position. Then we must be research how to get message of GPS and what is the communication protocol that transfer GPS message to Portal master server, and how to make sure the message that transfer to master Portal server is correct and timely.(3)We need to study how to storage Portal web message to different disk directory based on different GPS message. Then we need to study how to redirect the user's HTTP request to the corresponding disk directory based on GPS message. So we implement the technology that LTE-FI device was pushed different Portal page to user according to the user's GPS message.(4)The system of LTE-FI needs to upgrade constantly, but LTE-FI device was used in different locations. That engineers upgrade each device to each spot is not impossible so we need to study the mechanism that through AC device remotely control each LTE-FI device and upgrade each LTE-FI device.
