From the point view of many historians, the Third Industrial Revolution has come into being. It forces the changing of the way we produce and distribute industrial products, and at the same time forces the changing of social relation. The revolution creates new areas and opportunities on the debt of destroying the old ones. The relationship between individuals and production has thus been different. Social network,as one of the most human-interactive media, is also facing the even more complicated and sophistical shifting. A new type of social relation, which is based on location and mobilization, is more and more acceptable among people as they are getting used to the online payment and remote collaboration. Under such condition, questions remain. For instance, how does social information interactive with individuals in the information environment? What kind of paradigm or pattern would it bring? How does the social network production fit itself into the new circumstance? If there is indeed a change of social network production, then how does human interaction act as a factor in such process? This dissertation tries to answer the above questions by introducing an O2 O Internet product functions as a platform where college students share their own skills and abilities. The study aims mainly at how human factor works in social network design, making effort to partially summarize practical methodologies, and shed light on the related production design in future. The thesis explores several aspects:First of all, the thesis discusses the effect of human factor in social communities from a philosophical perspective. It studies the characteristics of patterns of human behavior and organization under various semantic environments, and conducts user research from an anthropological perspective. The research also combines information studies as well as media studies to look at online communication, and ultimately finishes a design of a network product to practically test the influence of human factor in social networks.Secondly, in a more practical aspect, the thesis records the whole production process of the conceptualization, research, design, development, marketing andfeedback collecting with data. During this process, the studies emphasizes on human factor's influence in each small parts, and thus tries to improve the traditional design methods. An educational concept of “Accompany Growing-up” is raised in thesis, which increases the specificities and shareness of the traditional education patterns by conducting a new kind of “exchange studies” for free.Thirdly, as for the academic value, the thesis analyzes data to study how behavior pattern and organization lead to different possibilities of human-factor's influence. On the basis of collected data, the thesis looks at the relationship between human and communities from a user ontology perspective. Hopefully it will bring fresh air to the future social network research.
