As gyroscope is a high-precision sensor,its static balance process is an essential part in the production process.The existing static balance technologies of the gyro float requiring manual repetitive operation make the production efficiency low,and require the float supported by the shaft in a non-free state.In this paper,the method of measuring the unbalance of the liquid floated gyroscope,letting the cylinder-shaped float suspended in liquid,is put forward.The static balance device is designed.Firstly,the scheme of unbalanced measurement method is put forward according to the gyro float structure and kinetic laws,and the mathematical model is established.The equations is solved by using an orthogonal transformation method,and the state space expression is given to analysis the performance of the method.The constraint equations of removing unbalanced weight is post.The optimal value of the weight equations is recommended by using simplex method.Then,the software and hardware design of the gyroscope static balance device are carried out.The attitude information of the float in the liquid is collected by using the sub-pixel edge detection technology.The validity and feasibility of the gyroscope float unbalance measurement method is verified by the simulation experiment.
