The test platform of servo system is a non-standard ground testing equipment used in all kinds of ground test trial process of servo system.Because it is to ensure the development of various types of military products,the progress of production and equipment progress of the important equipment,which has important significance for national defense construction and national security.Due to the test platform uses the external interface to realize the data transmission with servo system and to collect the data from the external sensor of servo system,we need to customize the design on regular equipment system according to different servo system.That means it will increase the cycle of design and create problems during maintenance.As a result of the impact of the test equipment affect the progress of the servo system delivery and thus affect the progress of the entire project development.The purpose of this paper is based on the PCI platform computer equipped with 1553 B bus,CAN bus and analog output card as the core,design a cheap and powerful comprehensive simulation servo system test platform.After the completion of the design of the test platform can not only meet the use of several types of servo system test,but also due to the introduction of universal design concept in the design,reducing the future test equipment development cycle.This paper first introduces the classification and working principle of the servo system test platform.After that,this paper analyzes the requirements of the task book,and designs the hardware system including the linear power supply,the voltage and current sensor,the analog signal isolation module,as well as the shielding test box and the cable network.At the same time,in order to meet the digital bus precise timing and precision high speed analog signal acquisition and processing requirements of the synchronous trigger model is developed,including 1553 B double buffer queue,virtual hardware clock timing,synchronous trigger and high-speed analog data processing function test software platform.n the end,the test methods,test results and test results are introduced.The test results show that the design and production of the test platform are in accordance with the design specifications.It not only has the function of high efficiency and accuracy,but also has simple and convenient operation.
