Laser beam shaping technology is the key technology that affects the practical application of laser.The existing mature laser reshaping technology also has many.Wherein the diffractive optical element(DOE)because of its small size,can be high repetition,low cost,high degree of freedom in design,the advantages of high diffraction,high heat of the laser beam shaping research areas with high prospects.In this paper,a DOE optical field shaping system is proposed based on the theory of diffraction optical element shaping.The two-mirror group preforming system is combined with the DOE shaper in order to improve the performance of the optical system.In the longrange laser active lighting or signal identification.The double mirror group pre-shaping system can reduce the divergence of the beam to be shaped and collimate and expand it,and optimize the environment before shaping.Proposed a quadratic optimization smoothing correction algorithm,the DOE design parameters is more suitable for long-distance large light field shaping.Actual project indicators set in the 1m distance,wavelength of the laser diameter is shaped to give 360 mm × 288 mm rectangular light field,to ensure uniformity of more than 97% of its energy installed for more than 90%.The simulation results of Virtual Lab show that the system uniformity can reach 98.91% in theory and the energy conversion rate can reach 91.69%,which confirms the correctness of the system structure and algorithm optimization.The experimental results show that the nonuniformity of the optical field is 2.77% and the energy loss rate is 9.08%.The program meets the expected engineering requirements.
