The safety and reliability of large rotating machinery and equipment has now become the most important part of the industrial plant,mechanical vibration fault monitoring is also more and more attention.The wired connection of the monitoring system has brought inconvenience to the monitoring and maintenance of the mechanical equipment.Therefore,it is an important and necessary research to apply the wireless sensor network to the large-scale rotating machinery fault monitoring.The wireless sensor network routing protocol is responsible for the reliable and stable transmission of the node data to the sink node,which is an indispensable part of the wireless sensor network monitoring system.The main work of this paper will focus on the above part of the problem to study.Firstly,this paper analyzes the design requirements and classification of the wireless sensor network routing protocol,introduces several classic routing protocols and analyzes and compares its performance.Aiming at the characteristics of large-scale rotating machinery vibration monitoring system,the clustering routing protocol is adopted,and the energy consumption analysis,performance evaluation and core problem of clustering routing protocol are expounded in detail.Finally,the classical clustering routing protocol LEACH is analyzed in detail.Secondly,according to the clustering routing protocol prone to "hot spots" problems and energy consumption,this paper put forward the load balance of non-uniform LBUCA clustering algorithm.LBUCA agreement to consider in the process of clustering nodes remaining energy factor,the election of cluster by means of local competition.Application with the improved greedy algorithm for data transmission,the establishment of data transmission path when considering cluster-heads node distribution density,cluster heads residual energy and distance from neighbor cluster heads.The simulation results show that LBUCA protocol achieves the load balancing in a certain extent,improve the network life cycle.Finally,according to the characteristics of large rotating machinery vibration monitoring environment,studied the time synchronization mechanism design and reliability of data transmission mechanism,packet format.Using MATLAB simulation software analyzed LEACH protocol and proposed LBUCA,ICA-LBUCA agreement,it is concluded that both effectively prolong the network life cycle,after achieved the purpose of load balancing...
